Q: How long will it take for my order to be delivered? 

A: Within the United States, most orders are delivered within 3-4 business days. Express mail takes 1-2 days for delivery. 
    International shipment may take 6-10 days for delivery.


Q: How long will it take for my order to ship out? 

A: We try to ship out orders as soon as possible. Orders usually ship out on the same day or the next business day depending on what time it is received. Orders placed Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. We are closed and also do not ship on Postal Holidays (those observed by the US Postal Service).   


Q: What method of shipment is used?  

A: We ship through the US Postal Service usually through Priority Mail. You may track your shipment by entering your tracking number on their website www.usps.com


Q: Where can I find my tracking number? 

A: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.    


Q: Will I receive my order the next day if I choose Express Shipping?   

A: We cannot guarantee that you will receive your shipment in 1 day. Express mail may take up to 2 days for delivery (it varies with the postal service depending on your location).  Please note: If you choose express shipping and want a signature confirmation please state so in the "shipping comments" section when placing your order.


Q: What are your shipping costs?

A: Shipping prices ranges depending on the weight of the package. Please note, there is a $2.99 handling charge for every order placed.   


Q: Do you accept returns? 

A: Unfortunately, for your safety, we do not accept returns. 


Q: Do you ship internationally?

A:  Yes! We do ship internationally.  International shipping may take 6-10 business days for delivery. We charge a flat rate of $32.95 for priority mail international shipping. Please contact us for express shipping prices. 

International customers please note: We are not liable or responsible for any taxes, tariffs or other shipping fees that incur upon delivery to your country. Please check with the Custom Agent in your country for importability. Holley will not be responsible for unclaimed or returned packages.



Q: Why is my only shipping option by weight? Why is it so expensive?

A:  That is shipping option for our international customers. Check if you selected the correct state (if you reside in the US). If the problem persists, please give us a call at (714) 258-8801 and we will he happy to help adjust the shipping price.
